Keanu M. Jackson, LCSW (he/him)

I’m Keanu M. Jackson, LCSW, a facilitator, speaker, and consultant, and I believe that healing our workplaces requires us to tap into the collective power of connection.

Most organizations already have the pieces that make them great. My job is to support them in seeing how each piece fits, and ensuring that they all have the support needed to thrive.

My approach is relational and trauma-informed, shaped by my clinical training and my own life as a queer Black man. I understand how stress, exclusion, and long histories of harm show up in our bodies, our relationships, and our workplaces, often in ways that are difficult to describe. That understanding lets me meet people where they are and build cultures where safety, accountability, and belonging are honored as part of the necessary foundation to empower.

The rooms I lead make space for honesty and affirmation at the same time. I help teams get curious about discomfort instead of avoiding it, and I offer practical tools for repair, clearer communication, and shared decision-making that lifts up the people closest to the impact. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all frameworks. Real change takes room for nuance, emotion, and a little experimentation.

Whether I’m working with a nonprofit, a tech company, or a corporate leadership team, I bring rigor and tenderness in equal measure. I draw on embodied knowledge, ancestral wisdom, and a deep belief that joy belongs in the work, too. I’m known for my attention to detail, candor, and my ability to comfortably approach discussions that many others avoid without judgment.

In my free time, I enjoy strolling through the park, going for long bike rides, or visiting galleries and studios in the city.
