Anti-Racism & Mental Health Consulting

Encouraging collaboration, spaciousness, and healing through building awareness, instilling hope, and moving towards sustainable organizational change.

Building a more inclusive, equitable, and emotionally safe workplace takes time, intention, and consistency. It requires long-term commitment, a readiness to confront discomfort, and a close examination of how power, harm, and systemic inequities show up across policies, daily practices, and organizational culture.

Keanu M. Jackson’s Anti-Racism and Mental Health Consulting program offers nonprofit organizations, companies, and mission-driven teams a clear pathway toward sustainable, meaningful change. This consulting work centers trauma awareness, emotional wellness, and racial equity to help organizations better understand the connection between mental health, workplace dynamics, and systemic oppression.

Through organizational assessments, customized trainings, and thoughtful strategy sessions, Keanu supports teams in identifying areas for growth, addressing hidden challenges, and developing work environments where every person feels respected, valued, and supported.

This program invites organizations to reflect on important questions, including:

  • What would it look like to prioritize care, accountability, and equity across your organization?

  • How do race, power, and emotional well-being influence your team’s culture and communication?

  • What practical steps can you take to foster a work environment where rest, trust, and belonging are part of your core values?

Whether your organization is beginning this work or seeking to deepen its existing efforts, Keanu provides experienced guidance that encourages honest dialogue, shared responsibility, and a long-term vision for equity and wellness in the workplace.
